Custom Products Shipping & Return Info
Custom Products are non-returnable unless the product is deemed defective or the incorrect item is shipped (per your confirmed order at the time of checkout). Defective is defined as missing/incomplete printing (when compared to the proof you approved on the website), defective substrate material (the physical t-shirt, sweatshirt, hat, or other product custom printed per your approved proof). Slight color variations are NOT considered defective.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at 1-800-447-1070 or email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you feel is defective and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
Currently we are unable to ship to Canada addresses. We can ship to some other international locations. There are a variety of restrictions on products for international destinations. Please note you will not be able to complete your order if your location is restricted.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping times selected for custom products begin on the date the product is completed and shipped. For Example, if you order 100 t-shirts on Monday, and select 2-day shipping, the custom shop finishes producing your shirts and preparing them for shipment 14 calendar days later (Tuesday of week two after your order was placed). Your product will ship 2-day shipping from Group's warehouse in Colorado to arrive 16 days after your initial order).
