Currently we do not offer billing, all custom shirt transactions are prepay only by credit card.

• Recommended optimum resolution for a full size image is 3,450 pixels wide by 3,750 pixels tall at 300 dpi. Other sizes will work depending on how large you set your artwork in the product customizer tool. You will receive a warning message if the art is not high enough quality for the desired print size.
• File types: SVG, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP
• File naming convention: Your name and "back" as the file name
• Submission: Upload directly to the site

Unfortunately, no, all custom t-shirts are non-returnable.

Orders typically ship within 14 business days of proof approval, order submission and payment.

Design:

• Select the "Create Your Own Shirt" option.
• Click "customize" and you'll be transported to the Custom Shop Design page.
  • Customize the front or front and back of the shirt
  • Change the t-shirt color
  • Add text with the wide variety of fonts
  • Change the text shape and color
  • Add your own graphics.
• The sky's the limit! Add text, graphics and design away!

Order:

• Once you have your design set, click add to cart at the bottom.
• At this point you can select different sizes and quantities.
• Create a login so you can save your designs for later.
• Checkout!

  • Customize the back of the shirt only
  • Add text or graphics

No, at this time your custom t-shirt order needs to be separate from the rest of your VBS resources.

We print on two shirt styles, depending on your order:

• If you choose a Monumental, Jerusalem Marketplace, or HayDay Theme/Staff t-shirt and choose to customize the back:
  • Fruit of the Loom 98% Cotton Shirts.
    • Weight: 5.0 oz / 170 g
    • High-density fabric for exceptional print clarity
    • Pre-shrunk Jersey
    • Tear away label
    • Seamless 1x1 rib collar with two-needle coverstitching on front neck
    • Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
    • Two-needle hemmed sleeves and bottom
    • Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease
    • Color: Ash - 98% Cotton / 2% Polyester
• If you choose to submit your own creative art:
  • Jerzees Dri-Power 50/50 cotton poly shirts.
    • Weight: 5.4 oz / 183 g
    • Moisture wicking
    • Seamless 1x1 rib collar with two-needle coverstitching on front neck
    • Tear away label
    • Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
    • Two-needle hemmed sleeves and bottom
    • Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease

You'll be able to review it after you finish designing. Ordering after you review is your "proof approval."

The front of the theme shirts are already screen-printed when they come to us so they won't be as vibrant as the full-color, direct to garment printing that we do on site. Anything you add to the BACK of the theme shirts will be full-color.

The theme t-shirts that we've been selling for years are already screen-printed when they come to us. Because there might be slight variation of the placement of the art, we can't guarantee that your additional art would be placed where you want it, so you are only able to customize the back.

Our printing process uses Dupont Gamut Plus Inks for vibrant, photo-quality, full-color, direct to garment printing, and durability over multiple washings, surpassing durability, and image quality of standard screen-printing solutions. Images are printed directly onto each shirt, not a heat transfer or screen print, including a white layer underneath the print to ensure the highest quality print image-regardless of shirt color. Direct to garment (DTG) printing allows for creativity and custom images, logos, and even photos unlike screen printing and heat transfer processes.

We do offer expedited delivery, however we are not able to offer expedited production at this time. Any orders with "expedited" selected will be shipped within 14 business days of proof approval via the expedited shipping method selected at checkout.

Unfortunately, once we start production, we can't change orders due to system and production limitations. However, you can certainly create an additional order which will be processed via our normal process. If you save your image in your online account in the custom shop, you can simply grab that image and complete the order without rework (additional fees may apply for short-runs, see site for details.)
